Men's Wellness Retreat in Hereford

Transforming men’s wellbeing through nature, craft and connection

A Structured Pause for Men Under Sustained Pressure

This is a four-day residential retreat designed for high-functioning professional men. It offers space away from constant demand — without clinical language, group therapy or spiritual performance.

£1,500 per person

Overview

Welcome to our retreat for men nestled in the Hereford countryside — a place for men’s wellness and wellbeing, where they can rediscover themselves away from the noise of their modern, busy lives. Through hands-on craft, time in nature and genuine human connection, our 4-day men-only retreats help even the most burned-out executives return home steadier, clearer and more themselves.

Set in a rural UK location, the retreat combines physical activity, practical craft and guided reflection to restore clarity and perspective. This is not escape. It is recalibration.

Each retreat follows a clear and deliberate four-day arc — enough structure to hold you, enough space to breathe.

Day 1 — Arrival & Grounding
Settle in, find your feet and begin to exhale. The first evening is spent around the fire, getting to know the land and the men beside you.

Day 2 — Activation & Craft
Morning movement and breathwork set the tone. The day moves through hands-on rural craft, long walks, shared meals and honest conversation.

Day 3 — Depth & Integration
Tai Chi, continued craft work and optional cold water exposure. The afternoon creates space to explore what’s really going on — around performance, pressure and perspective.

Day 4 — Closing & Return
A morning walk, a closing circle and the tools to carry it all home. You leave with clarity, not just memories.

The schedule is deliberate. There is space — but not drift.

The Setting & Accommodation

The retreat is located at Wormsley Grange, which is a beautifully renovated country house set in 4.5 acres of private grounds in the heart of the Herefordshire countryside — the perfect base for four days of genuine reset.

With plenty of space for our group in individually designed rooms, the house offers the comfort and calm needed to truly step away from the outside world. Beyond the walled garden, over 200 acres of rolling farmland and ancient woodland wait to be explored — the kind of landscape that makes it easy to leave everything else behind.

What’s Included:

  • Three nights’ accommodation in a rural UK venue
  • All meals (nutritious, protein-forward catering)
  • Facilitated movement sessions (Tai Chi, breathwork)
  • Hands-on craft instruction
  • Guided rural immersion

The aim is not dramatic transformation.
It is sustainable resilience.

Is the Retreat for You?

Who It’s For

This retreat is designed for men who:

Carry significant responsibility at work or home.

You do not need to be in crisis.

Simply need space to reset before pressure becomes depletion.

This is a practical, grounded experience for men who value directness and depth.

What It Is Not

The Rural Reset is not:

Therapy.

Group counselling.

A silent retreat.

A bootcamp.

A holiday.

A spiritual workshop.
